 It’s exciting to order something new online, and we will make sure your new piece of Indy J Jewellery is on its way to you as quickly as possible!

All Indy J Jewellery orders where ever possible are sent by Sendle, which requires a signature upon delivery.
We have chosen Sendle for its convenient and professional door to door delivery service but above all because it is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and here at Indy J we are all for protecting our environment.

Australian metro-area FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders $100.00 and over.

Australian metro-area $10.00 STANDARD SHIPPING for orders under $100.

All orders are processed and shipped within two business days.
You will receive an email to advise of your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery within Australia can be expected within 1-10 business days from shipment date.
Tasmania, Australian Islands and remote locations may take a little longer. 
Parcels shipped to remote areas and Australian Islands incur an additional shipping fee.
Please contact us and we will arrange a competitive quote for you. 

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel. 
All shipments are tracked and we suggest you monitor your parcel until it arrives safely.

Please make sure you provide a physical address as Sendle do not deliver to P O Boxes. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

According to The World Health Organisation (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. 

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading corona virus, all parcels will no longer require a signature on delivery or collection at this time. Procedures have been put in place to ensure safe delivery to you and for you. This could mean the driver may use photo confirmation as proof of delivery, sign on your behalf or leave the parcel in a safe place as requested.
Due to things changing so quickly we cannot inform you of the exact procedure.
Delivery times have also been impacted. If you have any concerns please contact us before purchasing. 

Please note that during holidays such as Christmas or Easter, there may be delays in order processing and shipping time.

Feel free to contact us with your request and we will do our best to fast track your order. This may incur an additional fee.

MISSING PARCELS

Indy J Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are sent to the wrong address if an incorrect address has been supplied by the customer.

PARCEL REDIRECTION

In the event that you make an error in entering your shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct details.
If we are notified before dispatch, we will correct the error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are not able to redirect it. 

In the case where your order is delivered and no one is available to sign for it, you will be left a card indicating what to do next – request redelivery or collect from a drop off point. More information here.

After 5 days, any unclaimed parcel will be returned back to us. In this case, the customer is liable for the associated shipping costs of redelivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Indy J Jewellery ships Australia-wide only. International shipping will be made available in the near future. Until such time, please get in touch if you have a special request for international shipping.
