WHAT IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE OF?

All pieces are solid sterling silver (925) and are lead & nickel free. All metals and stones are sourced from a handpicked group of talented craftspeople, chosen for their commitment to ethical practices and the highest artisanal standards.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I LOVE IS SOLD OUT ONLINE?

Please feel free to contact us (link to contact page) to find out if the item is due to be restocked. If we can’t offer the exact same item, we will do our best to offer you the closest match!

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?

At this stage, our artisans are flat out making jewellery for our range, and therefore we cannot offer custom designs as well. It’s something we will consider as the brand grows and if we have increased demand for it.

ARE THE STONES YOU USE GENUINE?

Yes, all of the beautiful stones featured in our jewellery are genuine. On the very occasion that we choose to use anything other than a genuine gem stone, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

All orders are processed and shipped within two business days.  You will receive an email to advise of your tracking number once your order is on its way.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do. We offer free express shipping within Australia for orders over $150.00.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not yet! We plan to offer international shipping in the near future. Until such time, please get in touch (link to contact page) if you have a special request for international shipping.

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
